Karasu

One of the seven heroes of the Fire Clan who fought in the great war a thousand years ago.

A Tengu warrior known as the "Dark Swordsman." Karasu is not from the Fire Clan but from the Root Clan and is the leader of the Tengu. Distrusted by the Root Clan's leaders for being treated like a disposable pawn in battles, he broke away with the people of "Ihika" from the Root Clan. When the Tengu fled from the Root Clan, he fought off pursuers a hundred times their number as the rearguard, and since then, no one has seen him.

Now, he exists as a spirit residing in the "Holy Sword·Myōin Karasu" that he created himself. "Myōin" is the place where Karasu forged his holy sword.
