Summary
At the age of 10, this individual joined the "Gekidan Himawari" troupe and worked as a child actor, continuing until leaving the troupe during middle school. In high school, they pursued acting further and began working professionally as an actor after reaching adulthood.
Later, due to the challenges of making a living through theater, they transitioned to voice acting. With a younger brother already affiliated with Aoni Production and a strong interest in voice work, they joined the same company and began their career as a voice actor. Their voice acting debut came in 1982, in the TV anime Armored Fleet Dairugger XV as the character Shōter Kreutz.
Notable anime roles include Majin Buu in the "Dragon Ball series" and Edward Weevil in "One Piece".
